Guess who finally figured out how to make stamping decals... this chick! I used Essence Miss Captain for the base color. The colours uaed in the stamp/decal are BK Matte White, A-England Whispering Waves and Il Etait Un Vernis Beyond Words. Didn't write down the plate but I *think* it's one from Uber Chic Beauty.
