Close up of OPI Ce-less-tial Is More from the Starlight Collection. It is a very gritty glitter but that's what we get for opacity in 2 coats. I used 2 coats of top coat and it still feels a bit rough. Not for you if you like your glitters smooth but I ♡ it for Christmas
