A few nail ladies and I got together to raise awareness for depression. Our manis are green as the ribbon for depression is green. Globally, more than 350 million people of all ages suffer from depression. I, myself have (and still do at times) suffered from it and its evil cousin anxiety. It shouldn't be a taboo. It should be talked about. It's an evil illness that is often accompanied by physical symptoms. To anyone going through a hard time right now, please talk to someone. Get help. There is a way out of it. Trust me.
