Cotton candy polka dots 💗 1:paint ur left hand's thumb, pinky, pointer, middle finger pink. On the other hand paint them blue. 💙 2:paint the ring finger on the left hand blue. Paint the ring finger on the right hand pink. 💗 3:Using a dotting tool add small blue spots to all nails that are pink 💙 4:using a bigger dotting tool or the brush add pink spots to all nails blue.
