Use bobby pin to make white dots 4. Go over white with purple dots (Makes purple stand out on black) 5. Grab a gum wrapper and peel the foil off to desired sizes. (Takes me back to grade school :-P) 6. Go over with top coat and place Foil to wet polish as desired. Let Dry and one more top coat to seal. DONE!
