Nail DIY Idea. by @sprinklenails "Neon bubbles! I purchased some neon acrylic paint at walmart the other day and I've been playing with it all afternoon 😁. I love how this turned out! How to create this look: 1)) With a dotting tool or any tool that you will use to make a full dot, start dotting your nail 2)) Let it sit for like a second or two 3)) With a detailed or fine brush, add a drop of water to the center of the dot and move the brush in a circular motion removing a lil the paint that is in the middle 4)) Dry your brush and keep removing the water from the middle a couple of times until its dry and you can see the form of a bubble. Super easy! Remember to let it dry, then add top coat.
