All information on polishes used is there. • {1} Paint your nails an off white color. {2} Use a dotting tool and blue polish and make 5 connecting dots. {3} Use a detail brush or striper in the same color and paint a petal coming off of each dot. The petals should be fairly heart shaped. {4} Use a dotting tool to paint a dot the same color as the base in the center if the flower. {5} Using a toothpick and the base color, paint 4 tiny dots around the center dot. {6} Use a detail brush or striper and paint a pink "C" shape around the center dot. {7} Using a detail brush or striper, paint little green leaves next to the flowers. {8} Add a top coat and any decorations if desired.
