Minions tutorial: 1. You need blue, yellow, gray, and white nail polish and a black striper. 2. Paint nails yellow and let dry. To speed it up, I put on a quick dry top coat. 3. Paint a French tip in blue. 4. Using the black striper, paint a black line and let dry about ten minutes. 5. Using a dotting tool, paint a gray circle in the middle of the black line and let dry about ten minutes.6. Using the dotting tool, place a white dot over the gray circle and let dry. 7. Using a smaller dotting tool, place a black dot over the white circle. 8. Using the dotting tool, add a mouth.
